After clinching a second consecutive Champions League title, Paris Saint-Germain is preparing for a busy summer transfer window. The capital club wants to strengthen Luis Enrique’s squad and has activated several market leads. PSG is reportedly keeping an eye on Ayyoub Bouaddi. The 18-year-old midfielder is currently playing in the 2026 World Cup with Morocco. But the LOSC prodigy is attracting interest on the transfer market. One particular reason, however, is blocking his move to PSG.
Manchester City has a plan for Ayyoub Bouaddi
Manchester City remains in talks for Bouaddi. Contacts were made with people close to the player some time ago. According to information gathered, the idea would be to sign the player now but for the summer of 2027, leaving him at Lille for one more season. It is not yet finalised, but Manchester City is working on that plan to complete the deal.
PSG’s priority is to reinforce attack and defence
Other clubs are involved. Liverpool has held meetings, Arsenal as well, and PSG continues to monitor the player. But PSG has not yet moved forward on this file because the priority is to strengthen in attack and defence. That is why Manchester City is trying to take the lead and sign him for the summer of 2027. If PSG does not go further on the matter, Ayyoub Bouaddi will certainly have plenty of options for his future. Stay tuned…
