First stone laid for N’Djamena power plant highlights growing Algeria-Chad ties
N’Djamena – Prime Minister and head of government of the Republic of Chad, Mr. Allamaye Halina, stated on Monday in N’Djamena that the laying of the first stone for a power plant in the capital is a landmark project reflecting the positive momentum of cooperation between Algeria and Chad.
