Maurice Kamto is not the only one who can lead the Movement for the Rebirth of Cameroon. Pierre Emmanuel Binyam made this clear during the programme “Entretien avec …”
However, the current president of the Clarification and Restoration Commission, Pierre Emmanuel Binyam, stressed that given the MRC’s current circumstances, Maurice Kamto remains the right person to steer the party.
“It’s not that only Maurice Kamto can manage the MRC, but in the present situation, we need Maurice Kamto,” Binyam stated on the STV show “Entretien avec …”
The interview also gave Binyam a chance to address concerns about Maurice Kamto’s return to the leadership of the Movement for the Rebirth of Cameroon.
“Regarding any contestations about Maurice Kamto’s return, I have clearly told you that there are none. No party body has initiated a debate on Kamto’s return. On the contrary, motions have been signed urgently calling for his comeback,” Binyam insisted.
