Women in Lake province stand united with security forces against Boko Haram

In Lake Province, where recent Boko Haram attacks have intensified pressure on local communities, women have taken a bold stand. Through the Provincial Women’s Network, they gathered in Baga-Sola on May 22 to voice unwavering support for national defense and security forces while urging collective resistance against the terrorist threat.

The initiative was led by Ms. Achta Adoum Abdoulaye, President of the Provincial Women’s Network, who led a delegation to meet with General Saleh Haggar Tidjani, the Government Delegate to Lake Province, at the Baga-Sola headquarters.
