In Rabat on Thursday, Nasser Bourita, Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, hosted Sering Modou Njie, the Gambian Minister of Foreign Affairs and special envoy for President Adama Barrow. During their meeting, Minister Njie conveyed a significant written message intended for King Mohammed VI.
Following the discussions, Minister Njie lauded the outstanding quality of relations between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Gambia. He underscored the profound bonds of camaraderie, kinship, and collaborative spirit that characterize the connection between Rabat and Banjul.
The head of Gambian diplomacy further highlighted the robust nature of the partnership uniting the two nations. He spoke of a relationship built upon mutual interests and a collective determination to invigorate this positive trajectory even further.
Finally, Minister Njie reiterated his country’s unwavering commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation across numerous sectors of shared strategic importance.
