Cameroon’s Archbishop Kleda highlights harsh prison conditions

In a pastoral letter published in late June, Archbishop Kleda also expressed deep concern for vulnerable groups such as women and minors. Echoing Pope Leo XIV’s call during his apostolic visit to Cameroon, he urged authorities to prioritize human dignity within the prison system.
