Enroll at the University of Lomé without Hassle
The University of Lomé (UL), Togo’s largest higher education institution, welcomes thousands of new graduates and students each year. To streamline the enrollment process, the institution has modernized and digitized its procedures for the upcoming academic year.
Step 1: Meet the Requirements
To begin the online application process, ensure you have the necessary documents:
- A Bachelor’s degree (LMD 1) or equivalent recognized by the authorities to enroll as a new student:
- A valid student ID number and proof of previous level completion or meeting progression requirements for re-enrollment.
- A valid email address and phone number for account creation and notification reception.
- A means of electronic payment, such as Flooz (T-Money/Moov Money) or a bank-activated credit card, for fees and registration costs.
Step 2: Online Enrollment Process
All enrollment procedures are now conducted through the official University of Lomé website (daas.univ-lome.tg) or the RESUP platform.
Step 1: Create Your Student Profile
Visit the DAAS website and create your student profile by entering your personal details, BAC scores, and chosen course path (faculties, schools, or institutes).
Step 2: Upload Required Documents
Scan and upload required documents in digital format:
- Piece d’identité (ID)
- BAC 2 certificate or equivalent
- Acte de naissance (birth certificate) with a recent ID photo
- Certificat de nationalité togolaise (for nationals) or passeport/carte de séjour (for foreigners)
- Attestation du BAC 2
- Relevés de notes from Secondary, First and Terminal classes
- Fiche d’inscription imprimée depuis le portail de l’UL
Step 3: Pay Registration Fees
Complete the payment of registration fees via authorized banking partners (banks like Ecobank or BTCI/IB Bank) or mobile payment solutions.
Step 4: Validation and Administrative Clearance
Once payment is confirmed, DAAS verifies your application. A student enrollment confirmation document is generated and downloadable from your personal space.
Additional Requirements for In-Person Enrollment
Even though the online registration process has been digitized, students are required to present their original documents in person during academic checks or exams:
- Copie légalisée de l’Acte de naissance (legally certified birth certificate)
- Certificat de nationalité togolaise (for nationals) ou passeport/carte de séjour (for foreigners)
- Original attestation du BAC 2
- Relevés de notes des classes de Seconde, Première et Terminale
- Fiche d’inscription imprimée depuis le portail de l’UL
Conseil: Respect the DAAS calendar to avoid late enrollment penalties or rejections. To prevent server overload in the final days of the session, complete your application as soon as possible.
