Mamadou Sangaré joins Brentford FC in record-breaking deal from Lens

After a standout season with RC Lens, Malian midfielder Mamadou Sangaré is set to embark on a new chapter with Brentford FC. The transfer, described as a “record-breaking” move, marks a significant milestone for both the player and the English club.

At 24 years old, Sangaré made the move from Austria’s Rapid Vienna to RC Lens last summer, quickly establishing himself as a key player in Ligue 1.
