The young Brazilian, Endrick, is approaching a critical moment in his career at Real Madrid.
Under the watchful eye of Portuguese coach José Mourinho, he will undergo a meticulous evaluation during the summer preparation, prior to any final decision on his future at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
The player, who will turn 20 next July, is about to take on a significant challenge: proving that he deserves more playing time in the new project led by Mourinho within the club.
According to Sport newspaper, which cites El Messagero, AS Roma would see Endrick as the ideal successor to Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk, whose departure is imminent.
However, the finalization of the operation depends on Mourinho’s agreement, with his close ties with the club potentially facilitating discussions if Real Madrid accepts lending their young attacker.
Despite this, Real Madrid remains committed to its initial plan: keeping Indrek within the first team next season, while searching for an adapted solution for Gonzalo García.
In case of Gonzalo’s departure, the club would prioritize a definitive sale, while a loan of Endrick would remain relevant if the staff believed that the Brazilian needed more playing time to mature.
The final decision will be made by José Mourinho, who will decide within weeks whether Endrick will finally get his chance at Real Madrid or leave Spain.
