Morocco’s forward-thinking approach to migration management, rooted in solidarity, shared responsibility, and respect for human dignity, was showcased on Thursday in Huelva, Spain, by Younes Sekkouri, the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment, and Skills.
Speaking at the forum on “Migration Governance and Circular Migration between Morocco and Spain: The Keys to a Beneficial Cooperation,” Sekkouri emphasised that this humane migration policy is implemented following the high directives of King Mohammed VI. He noted that this royal vision places human capital at the heart of public policies and views mobility as a driver of economic growth, a channel for skills transfer, and a means to bring peoples closer together.
