Francisca Tatchouop Belobe, the African Union’s (AU) Commissioner for Economic Development, Tourism, Trade, Industry, and Mines, offered high praise for the significant advancements Morocco has achieved, attributing this progress to the visionary leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI. Her remarks came during a visit to Rabat on Monday.
Speaking to the press following her discussions with Mr. Nasser Bourita, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccan Expatriates, Commissioner Tatchouop Belobe underscored the remarkable strides Morocco has made in its industrial sector in recent years. She specifically highlighted the Kingdom’s prominent standing as a continental leader in both the automotive and aeronautical industries.
Commissioner Tatchouop Belobe also lauded Morocco’s dedication to sharing its valuable expertise with other African nations. Furthermore, she commended the Kingdom for successfully establishing a comprehensive value chain focused on critical minerals.
On this occasion, the high-ranking African official extended profound gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for his unwavering support to the African Union Commission.
