The Chadian Minister of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, Mr. Abdelkader Djellaoui, was received on Thursday in N’Djamena by the Prime Minister and Head of Government of the Republic of Chad, Mr. Allamaye Halina, who commended the efforts of the Algerian President, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in advancing bilateral cooperation and his leadership role across Africa.
During the meeting, the Chadian Prime Minister highlighted «the wisdom of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, his continental leadership, and sustained efforts to bolster cooperation and integration between the two brotherly nations». He also emphasized «the deep appreciation of Chad for Algeria’s pivotal role in fostering African development and solidarity», as outlined in the official statement from the ministry.
Mr. Halina also conveyed fraternal greetings from the Chadian Head of State, President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, to President Tebboune, symbolizing the enduring historical ties, fraternity, and solidarity binding the two peoples and nations.
The Chadian Prime Minister further extended warm greetings to the Algerian Prime Minister, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, reaffirming Chad’s commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation and expanding partnership opportunities with Algeria.
The Algerian delegation present during the audience—held at the conclusion of a two-day working visit by Mr. Djellaoui to Chad—consisted of the Director-General of the Algerian Agency for International Cooperation for Solidarity and Development, Mr. Abed Hallouz, the Algerian Ambassador to Chad, a senior official from the Ministry of Public Works and Basic Infrastructure, along with the CEOs of Cosider Public Works and the National Public Works Company (Entp).
