Chad security ministry restructures leadership
Chad unveils pivotal leadership shifts within the Ministry of Public Security, with Mahamat Koty Abdraman and Khassim Taha Bouri assuming fresh strategic portfolios.
Chad undergoes strategic leadership restructuring at the Ministry of Public Security. Two key appointments reshuffle departmental leadership, ensuring continuity and operational efficiency.
New leadership at critical departments
The Department of Welcome Centers for Users sees Mahamat Koty Abdraman appointed as its head. He takes over from Ismail Moussa Fadoul Sawa, a first-grade Police Controller relieved of his duties to assume other responsibilities within the security sector.
Meanwhile, the Department of Administrative Affairs, Equipment, and Personnel welcomes Khassim Taha Bouri as its new director. He replaces Mahamoud Dakou Abdramane, also relieved of his duties to take on a different role elsewhere in the public security apparatus.
Ensuring smooth transitions
The restructuring aims to maintain uninterrupted operational flow while reinforcing departmental leadership. Both outgoing officials were highly regarded professionals, ensuring their replacements integrate seamlessly into the new strategic portfolios.
